Pharmacy Weight Loss Musselburgh is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (Registration No. 9012511) providing weight management consultations and prescription services to patients in Musselburgh and the wider UK. We operate in full compliance with GPhC standards and UK pharmacy law.

We reserve the right to decline a consultation or prescription where it is not clinically appropriate to proceed. Providing false or misleading medical information may result in immediate termination of your account and could pose serious risks to your health.
All prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of our qualified prescribers following a clinical review of your submitted information. A prescription is not guaranteed upon completion of a consultation.
Prescriptions are valid for use only through our pharmacy unless otherwise stated. We do not issue paper prescriptions for weight loss medications as standard. Repeat prescriptions are subject to ongoing clinical review and are not automatically renewed.
You must inform us immediately of any changes to your health, medications, or circumstances that may affect your suitability for treatment.
Payment is required in full at the point of order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Prices displayed include VAT where applicable and are subject to change without prior notice, though changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Consultation fees may apply separately from medication costs and are non-refundable once a clinical review has been completed, regardless of the prescribing outcome.
Orders approved by our pharmacist will be dispatched within 1 working day of approval. Delivery timescales are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including postal delays or public holidays.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery details. We cannot be held responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address information. All medications are dispatched in discreet, secure packaging.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us promptly. Once a prescription has been issued and your order dispatched, we are unable to accept returns of prescription medications in line with UK medicines legislation.
Refunds for non-prescription items or services not yet rendered will be considered on a case-by-case basis. To request a cancellation, please contact us at the earliest opportunity via our website or email.
The information provided through our website and consultations is for clinical assessment purposes and does not replace the advice of your regular GP or healthcare provider. We strongly encourage you to inform your GP of any medications prescribed through our service.
We are not responsible for adverse effects arising from the provision of inaccurate or incomplete medical information by the patient. If you experience any unexpected side effects, stop taking your medication and seek immediate medical advice.
